I generally work higher calorie ones into my macros for taste.

But my staple low calorie options would be things like Option low calorie hot chocolate for porridge and Nando's peri-peri sauce for pretty much anything.
Soy sauces are pretty macro-friendly also.

      low salt Caribbean seasoning
      Tabasco sauce
Madras or any other curry powder
      Chilli's in general
Be good to yourself style salad dressing for salads etc

Most Indian spices have health benefits and even make the humble steamed vegetable taste nice! (for example cinnamon lowers the gi rating of food)

            Chilli powder,
            Various hot sauces,
            Soy sauce,
            Garlic,
            Season all,
            Salt & pepper,

There's plenty of ways to go with or without sauces to make the same food taste different every day :)

Either make your own sauces, or use dried/ground spices. Bottled sauces from the supermarket are packed to the rafters with heavily processed, damaged and heat-treated vegetable oils.

True remote that's why I listed natural flavourings such as chilli powder (cayenne chili etc)
Salt and pepper, garlic and such.
All these nandos sauces and such aren't they full of sugars?
Not a fan myself (there not hot enough for a man like me) ;)

Peri-peri sauce takes about 2mins to make from fresh ingredients. I use basically the ingredients listed there with the exception of salt, sunflower oil, stabilisers and anti-oxidants!

(I have nothing against salt,  just don't find that it needs it)

Fair enough then that's excellent, myself I made some of my own sauce,

                      Ingredients :
Tomato, garlic, peaches (25%), white vinegar, salt, chopped dried naga jolokia chillies (35%,) onions, cracked black pepper.

                      Mmmmmmm mmmmmm

                      Per 100g
                      Approx

                      Protein : 1.2g
                      Carbs : 26g
                      Fats. : 0.9g

Serving size around 5g too unless you have an asbestos gob,
It'll put nandos extra hot to shame haha

Flavour wise you can't beat nandos.

For pure heat I use daves ultimates insanity. I've also got a bottle of daves private reserve which I got for Christmas one year. Comes in a coffin box and is about 750,000 on the scovil scale. The warning on the bottle says ." Keep away from eyes, children and pets. Not for people with heart or respiratory problems"

It's bloody hot, 1 drop can turn a bolognese into a chili concarne.

Inmade the mistake of marinating some ribs in it. I spent most of the next day on the bog and had to put the bogroll in the freezer first lol.. So only for the weekends

                          Try blairs ultra death ;)
Blairs are the ultimate in hit sauce and extracts, they made a limited amount of blairs 6am which is 16,000,000 scovilles (pure capsaicin, the chemicals which gives of the heat) and it burns skin.

5 spice powder is good, very aromatic and gives a nice flavour.
