could i have some advice lese

hi ive got this new job and wanting to start gaining weight then going back to the gym but my work is preventing me from eating every couple of hours. i get half hour a day for a break and i do a 8hr shift. can someone give me an alternative route to be able to gain weight. thanks

Eat more when you can. Maybe get a decent casein supplement as well and have one whenever you get your break. Can´t you snack on bars and shakes during work? But 3 well sized well balanced meals a day, plus your pre bed shake-meal will be more than enough mate.

hi thanks for the reply i am aloud a bottle of water on my machine but no food so i might get away with putting a meal replacment in a bottle would that work because i was thinking of having big breakfast in morning then a meal a few hrs after that then im at work 2 til 10 so i was thinking of having a meal replacemnet when starting work then when its my break ill have anormal meal then an hr before finishing work have another meal replacment and then when i get home have another meal

Yeah mate, that sounds like a good idea. And that is loads already! Meal replacements are super handy when you can´t eat.

If you do 8hrs and only get half an hour lunch ? You dont work in china do ya ! lol Why dont you have a toilet break every now and then, via the staff room/canteen !

1. Breakfast - normal breakfast Start work 2. Mid shift - protein or weight gain drink 3. Lunch - normal lunch 4.mid shift - protein or weight gain drink Finish work 5. Meal 6. Protein or weight gain drink before bed 6 meals a day - 3 actual meals and 3 supplement drinks Make up 2 shakers with just your supplement powder. When time for a drink mix in some water and shake then drink.
