creatine & females

Hope its okay to put a thread here, was not sure where to put it! Thinking of either getting creapure or CEE, heard the latter causes less bloating etc. Really just want to know from experienced ladies whats been best for you guys. When I hear the word bloating, I am thinking hideous ball belly pms bloat, which I know isnt the case - is it a puffy face that sort of thing??... if possible to minimise it of course that would be ace! Any input on experience with creatine in the run up to getting ready for comps or just amping things up would be fantastic. I am still loosing weight and have a lot of work to put in before comps next year Thanks in advance guys xx

Some people can get tummy troubles with creatine. Personally I prefer krealkyn and have had better results with this than normal creatine which I never thought had an effect for me.

I use creatine monohydrate, I've had no bloating or water retention at all. I have seen an improvement in my training
