    I use http://www.bodyactive-o...ge/PdReflex-Creatine.jpg

It Monohydreate which is the best for gains IMO.

It lasts about 2 months inc loading.

    Cycle it at :

    5 gm 4 times a day first 5 days,

5mg twice a day (Pre and post workout) for 2 months.

Then 2 weeks off it and start again.

Start on creatine monohydrate and if that doesn't work for you, try another type.

Don't go for overpriced 'premium brand' stuff to start with, go for a bulk retailer like Myprotein or BulkPowders.

'Creapure' for standard monohydrate or CEE for for enhanced absorption. Personally i disagree with 5g x 4 per day for the first 5 days, i have never seen any benefit from loading creatine and have had the same results from 5g daily.

There are NO additional bodybuilding/strength gain benefits from taking Creapure over ANY monohydrate.

CEE... read up on the degredation in solution.

if you've been using creatine for 4 months id come off and have at least have4-6 weeks off, then start again.

As per other recent threads there is NOTHING other than opinion to back up the idea of cycling on and off.

Taking creatine before training will not effect that training session. Taking creatine near to training may well increase uprake, but I would't loose much sleep or when I took a dose of creatine.

Having used creatine on and off for a number of years, the best for me without a doubt has been Gaspari's Size ON.  I took a week of regular creatine monohydrate which I had from an old stock and then Size ON for just two weeks.  In that time I put on 8lbs of bodyweight (granted not all muscle).   Stopped taking it about 2 wks ago and my weight hasn't shifted, 16 stones on the dot.
