creatine mono with Xpand

So im on creatine mono and take 5g a day. Yesterday I bought some Extreme Xpand and realized that it has 5g of creatine in each serving. Does this mean that I shouldnt take the mono on days that I use Xpand? I will only use Xpand on workout days, so every other day I would take the mono. Is this correct? thanks for your help.
