firstly, great forum you got here.
i need some advice so i came here...
im 27, 5 11, weigh 80kg ish, body fat have no idea but im slim and fairly lean. maybe 15% (dont quote me)ive been training mma on and off for 6 years now, ive done weights but mainly concentrated on sports specific exercises and drills.
i want to start a cycle, my goals are to put on a little muscle and drop fat and become super strong, i am naturally quite strong but i want to up it.( kneebar or arm bar is no good if you cant straighten your oppenents limb)
i have got my mits on some anavar (rohm) 200 tabs @ 10mg) and some milk thistle) im looking to start my cycle soon. i wont be training mma whilst im on my cycle due to reports of cramps and stamina issues (is this true?)
my diet is okay, i dont drink alcahol or eat fast food, i will be eating healthy (grilled chicken/meat, steamed vegs, oats, loads of fruit in the morning, ive just got used to substuting oil or olive oil, 5 small meals a day,+ 2-3 protein shakes,)
i will be traing weights 4 times a week with bag work daily(20mins max)
pct, as i understand this it should be done after cycle, but ive heard people doing it during and after which is more effective, also can you give me an example of a typical cycle.
sleep 5 hours then work for 3 hours then sleep 3 hours is this ok or do i need to have 8 hours straight?
is anavar a good choice for this? im not scared of needles, i dont mind adding a injectable but i dont want to gain much size, i want strentgh over size.
should i add primo to this maybe 4-500mg a week?
im prone to acne so i want to keep it to fairly mild drugs plus im new so im talking it cautiously)
i tried to research b4 but ive probably forgotten loads so if you guys can fill me in...
