cycle for feb, quick check
27 November 2011 00:10
( permalink)
short and sweet 5 weeks pro one 120mg per day 11-keto (aka 11 oxo) 300 mg week 2-6 looking to cut in feb, harden up etc. current bodyweight 190lbs, 15-17% bodyfat estimate and using some stupid scales and by body measurements used on a calculator online. prob end up being about 195lbs by feb around same bodyfat ish just gonna cut in feb and thought this might be a nice ph combo to run, will be first ph run. nearly ran pmag in sept but just didnt bother as weight was going up with diet and little boost from fadofia/6 bromo. pct: nolva 20/10/10/10 or otc pct 6bromo, DAA, bridge I think OTC pct should suffice tbh, but would have nolva on hand support supps, LIV 52. Pretty simple cycle, no bells or whistles. Diet will be spot on as usual, maybe the odd day here and there being a bit dirty but 90% clean, this is usual for me though so will be no change. 3-4 beers on a friday or saturday night, dont think this will be a problem........ any suggestions

nice looking cycle, i actually like the look of the OTC PCT. you could try something which i have done before with 6bromo/DAA PCT and thats make it an extended PCT (6-8 weeks). 6Bromo always leans me out

Lost. Yes the reason behind the 6-bromo is for that reason it kept me from gaining fat on a lean bulk so i think it would fit nicely for this. JW. i will log it for sure. I have a new arrival coming in 5-7 weeks, once i find my feet coping with 2 kids the cycle will get goin

Good luck bill, looks bang on to me! I do like the sound of the OTC PCT, and of course having some Nolva to hand just in case is good insurance.
I love the smell of steak in the morning...

Nope. Have barely had time to train with the new arrival. Renewed the gym membership sunday. Only been training twice a week since start of the new year. Started cut few days ago but wont be using anything for now. Just diet and gym.
