cypioject 200 & decaject 200

i have just started a cycle of cypioject and decaject, i have done my reason search on these, but at the min im struggling on when to take my anti- e blocker..... it would be helpfull if anyone could help me out coz i have had mixed feed back about when too take it.

arimidex or proviron normally. In terms of OTC 'e-blockers' then ATD or 6-bromo. Neither will be as effective as arimidex or proviron though, IME
