Re:UKBFF leeds 27th september, the can i make it journal!

what start 28th may now weight 15' 9 14' 9 14' 4 chest 50.4 49 48.5 waist 35.8 33.8 (woohoo) 33 quads 26.5 26 25.5 calf 17 17 16.5 arm 17.5 16.8 16.8 not sure what all that means, im just generally getting smaller, so i guess the fat is coming off pretty much evenly, which is why im not looking a whole lot different over the past couple of weeks. i am still left wondering alot of the time if im losing muscle not fat, as there is little change in condition that i can see, but i just have to stick it out i guess. am trying to stop myself from even thinking about what my stage weight is going to be. BUT looking at other photos of ukbff inters competitors, i do have a small doubt about how competitive im going to be. shame they dont still have the first timers category. have chosen a pretty big show to be doing first run out as well, so thats adding to the nerves a little. wonder how far out i should start looking at routines and music?

Well your stats are not far of mine as i have said before in posts, i think there maybe no more than 0.5 ether way with some body parts. Routines: As the wight comes off you will know what poses you do that show the best bits off ,work then into you routine and watch other Body building routines on YouTube or DVDs, to get some ideas. Music I would start looking now, as it takes me a long time to find one i am happy with. Daz

shoulders tonight, really good session, weights the same as last week, and reps too. had a headache at the start, so for the first ten minutes i was regretting choosing shoulders! shoulder press lat raise vbar rows rear delts shrugs 40 minutes cardio no pain at all in the shoulder so im very pleased, seems to be just flat bench causing the pain

was supposed to be legs but got home tonight and my back was killing me, and a trapped nerve in my neck was giving me agro. decided to treat myself to 25mg whey in water and 200mg caffeine (woo) and go do some cardio. got to the gym and decided to just pump my arms up a bit. well ten minutes later and it turned into an awesome high intensity work out, i just went crazy and trained like an animal, no real thought just threw the weights round! preacher curls 18kgx20 20kgx15 25kgx10 27.5kgx 6 supersetted with tricep pushdowns 50kgx 20 reppers 2 sets of dips then for some strange reason, as i wasnt training chest this week 2 x 15 db flys with 15kg, chest was pumped after the dips, so thought bugger it 40kg bd slight incline press, banged 25 reps out. . nice! left it at that dont want to hurt shoulder. hammer curls, 3 sets of 15 supersetted with more tricep pushdowns. was soooooooooo pumped it was unreal, and traps and shoulders were still looking good and had a bit of a pump as did chest, did a few poses, and was looking pretty lean and some good veins coming out! guy thats not long been a member, about 6 foot tall and built like a barn door, but a bit smooth, i hate standing next to him, turned and said to me, can you stop training next to me i feel like a sack of sh!t stood next to you!!! nice one! 45minutes cardio, could happily have done twice as much. how anyone doesnt love being in a gym is beyond me. wish i could rent myself out and do cardio and exercise for fat lazy people, i would make a fortune!

Agree with the others about looking for music as soon as possible. I spent hours going through youtube and itunes last year. As for the routine, I think you know a certain lady who I have told you is very good in this dept, I'm sure she would be able to help out with that.

really blasted the legs tonight, loads of reps and sets as i couldnt put too much weight on because of my back which is playing up this week. had to stop on hams though, as i was getting some mental cramps, at one point it took me a good 30 seconds to get my leg straight and my ham was curled up into the tightest little ball, was the most painfull cramp you can imagine! 45 minutes cardio, piece of piss, i almost wish i had to do more to get the fat off, ive seen people eat less than me on a bulking diet and put on fat with it! cant complain at having lots to eat though, but even with the amount im eating its leaving me starving hungry half an hour after eating, but im pretty strong willed when it comes to cravings, so not really a problem. there is a bar of chocolate that has been in my fridge ever since i started dieting, and not once have i come close to eating it.

also, i feel very very focused at the moment, im loving training, and actually with the focus, and losing weight im feeling more and more like a bodybuilder, even though clothed i probably look less like one. motivation and focus is getting stronger with each pound that comes off as well, so im in high hopes about not having too many head fcuks along the way, though breaking under 14 stone is going to be a bit weird

Sounds like you're in the right mental frame at the min Daz, also the hunger might be a sign your metabolism is on fire at the min.

back tonight, didnt go mad, because my shoulder was moaning a bit at the top of the range, so just did 6 sets with a medium weight on the lat pull downs, a couple sets straight arm pushdowns, and some neutral grip pull ups. 45 minutes cardio. HR was 5-10 BPM lower doing this than it normally is, at the same workrate (besed on cals per hour on the machine)
