looking good mate, i just have some constructive criticism if u'd like. Hams are weak outpowered by huge quads i know u can't do deads because of the lower back but what about high foot placement leg presses, maybe lunges or feet forward smith squats? they are hammies builders even if they are done for high reps with a lower weight. Also i saw u did back width but not thickness can't u do chest supported rows or something simillar?

dazc Formerly known as Marsbar nothing like sore quads after a good leg workout :) i keep tensing my quad then laughing at how good it feels they are torn to bits even though there was no weight on! The bird thinks ive gone a bit nuts lol women will never understand!!! I've just been away camping with the family and hammered legs the day before I went - not good trying to get comfy in a sleeping bag when your legs are killing lol

Shyne Yes, I agree Leg doms are cool until you have to do cardio with them - especially stationery bike - that hurts!! 100kg x 20 twice!! is some good work capacity - must have had you panting? a little bit, but wasnt too bad actually, considering i hadnt done legs for a long time! the cv work must be paying off! cardio tomorrow morning, so that could be fun! lol

Also i saw u did back width but not thickness can't u do chest supported rows or something simillar? dont mind criticism at all mate! only hamstring exercise i can do at the moment with my disk is leg curls, but its not a great mass builder, favourite used to be stiff leg deads, but they went a long time ago, think alot of the inches i lost off my legs came off the hams is definately something i need to work on after this show though! i do back thickness on shoulders day mate as it crosses over nicely to rear delts and traps imo, v bar rows!

now single again! ha ha oh well, i have been getting alot of attention out and about, the little bit of weight that came off my face so far has had a remarkable effect, im back to playboy ladykiller status lol! the only reason i could think of not to finish things was 'whos going to tan me' ha ha thats bad isnt it!

Just need to generate the intensity. is this true you can build bigger hams with lunges i,ve just started to do them for seperating the quads, i will start doing them when bulking thanks. when is the diet going up intrested to see the plan titch 84

legs are still sore today from sautrday, and for some reason they have smoothed over? Trained chest tonight, pretty much a carbon copy of last weeks. did cardio hampered rather embarrasingly by my arse cheeks being sore where they were rubbing together from large amounts of cardio! not good! cant believe i just included that in my journal! haha

Mate, as said by PM, apologies for the delay. Aside from the funeral, I have been having to prepare a load of statements for a solicitor following a car crash I was in last year. Done all that now - so will get the diet up asap.
