Tony Barnes Doh, forgot to check it came through!! Glad it's arrived safely with you, keep me posted. Just to update you on the other lad who tore his arm that went on Udos, John Buckland (reason I thought we could help you!), is now nearly 100% recovered. I spoke to him briefly on friday and he's about 6 weeks ahead of schedule on his recovery - he went to 1 physio session and got told what to do, went to the next and was told he didn't need to do anything more, suffice to say his consultant was blown away and has written a letter to the effect. John didn't use any pain killers/anti-inflamms at all, just diet. He said he's going to write up what went on, so I'll drop you a copy when he does. As above - chin up!! it arrived the next morning mate!- fantastic! thats great news mate! i cant us anti imflamatory drugs and the like, so to hear someone else doing well is ver positive news! really easy to incoporate into diet, and though very early days im feeling good about it, more on that as the weeks go by :-)

Glad to hear about the condition stablising mate. Also, I remember touching on biomechanics and insertions and origins and it's so facinating. It blows my mind learning stuff like this. I must make more time to brush up on it. One thing I meant to ask you. After reading the PCT bit you wrote in IB's journal. How did you get so clued up on the endicrine system? It's like you know more than Dr's!!

Glad your filling your time constructivly if your ever looking for more courses mate, i would recomend the one day biomechanics workshops they do, would be very good for your clients. its a pretty new thing, but the screens for pelvic, spine and nerve problems and prescribed exercises in the first day have a huge impact on most people with all kinds of back, shoulder, hamstring etc etc problems. i have been doing them for a few months and no longer suffer with my back where physio and chiro made no difference, its also got rid of most of my shoulder problems, as they are all linked. worth 8 cpd points as well lol

RACK . One thing I meant to ask you. After reading the PCT bit you wrote in IB's journal. How did you get so clued up on the endicrine system? It's like you know more than Dr's!! just personal interest mate, reading medical text books, research, talking to people, reading forums, experimenting with my own use, having a doctor that will do regular bloods so i can see what works, all combines to give a reasonable understanding! stll alot more i could learn though, but im more focused on other learning at the moment, as i dont think a greater knowledge in that area would benefit my bodybuilding

swordfish my mate is on low dose EQ, meybe better than deca for shutdown and things not sure interesting mate, cheers. i never got much from eq when i ran it, but at the time i was looking for gains. not too bothered about shutdown, though ED could well be a problem on deca only, though i think the same can happen with eq anyway
