westy19 looks like you could add plenty more in there, 6 more unfuelled session and 3 other sessions making it 14 a week, you will certainly enjoy that. It sounds like your gonna get some extra in at the weekend too. I am sure you will enjoy it. i could, but im 14 weeks out, already pretty lean, and losing just over 2lbs a week, so i wont be doing!! ha ha

i am pretty sure you will add the add the weekend cardio right? Also sounds like you are in a better mind set too, as you were getting a little head fcuk the other day!!! As you say your 14 weeks out with plenty of room to up things, your already lean and having the backing of righty so you should do very well.

well its official, rice cakes are the most boring food known to man! Have had to switch from water to pepsi max to get the chicken and ricecakes down. Wonder what the scales will say at the end of the week! my abs are weird, the cut between the second and third rows is very deep and sharp, the others are shallow and round, which means that even though i dont have much fat on them they arent showing through very well, apart from the one with the deep cut, which pulls the skin, and at the moment is making it look like a fold in the skin! more crunches to try and improve the separation between them i think

Try Ricecakes with some probiotic yoghurt and cinnamon powder - I love 'em tbh. Or maybe it just cause I'm hungry all the time. Strange one on that Ab seperation - I'd have to see a pic for further comment tho. Do you do much lower Ab work?

Normally just on the odd occasion there was a good looking woman on the ab mats to talk to! hmm i really should stop putting stuff like that in my journal, in case i get (err) a bad reputation lol

lmfao, my abs are doing the same!!! there's a deep ridge in the middle but the fat is still there so it makes a mini ridge outward pepsi max is pretty good for necking dull food... i have a 3 litre bottle of water at work and there is no chance i could neck that without NAS squash

Pull yourself together mate. Cheating like that won't do you any favours. Dietiting isn't easy, either stick with it or prepared to look below your best on the stage....

You mean 3lbs Heavier? Them Kalo Savoury Rice cakes are really nice imo - kinda taste like marmite - only downside to 'em is they contain quite a bit of salt compared to the regular ones.

Too hung up on weight. Condition is what you need to concentrate on- go by the mirror, weigh yourself once a week in morning.

Hapiface Too hung up on weight. Condition is what you need to concentrate on- go by the mirror, weigh yourself once a week in morning. hi mate, yeah i realise this, but unfortunately, i have to keep a close eye on my weight, its quantifiable. i lose size (muscle) very easy. i know i 'should' go on the mirror, but honestly, i find that impossible, i cant look objectively at myself, i just see someone who is small. The reality may be different, but i cant change the way my brain works, or the problems i have had, im sure alot of bodybuilders have the same self image doubts/problems. So for me, scales, tape measure and skin folds mean i can objectively look at whats changing and where, while avoiding the tricks of the mind that comes with relying on the mirror
