    hope so mate! long as i can keep my head straight, at the moment though things seem pretty clear, im sure there will be a few more rough patches along the way though!  ha ha


    You will likely question why you're doing it at around 8 weeks out mate - when condition still isn't great but you feel like you're just getting smaller.

    As extra advice is needed, I'll dial it in.

    For now - simple food and training plan.

    Complicated just, er, complicates things.

            no,  i was using caffeine before workouts a few weeks ago, but dropped is, as i didnt feel much benefit, and i like to use as little of that kind of thing as i can.
             
            hold on, does pepsi max have caffeine in it?  have had that for past few days to help get rice cakes down. 
             
            Thinking about it i was very thirsty this morning so i was probably a little dehydrated from yesterday.
             
            currently drinking about 4-5 litres a day?

              as i get closer and weight loss is harder this absoloutely will not happen.  I realise its not ideal now but dont take it as a sign of lack of commitment to come

                Cheat when righty says cheat, dance when righty says dance...righty says jump you get out a measuring stick and ask 'how high?'

                Its something i've had to learn!

                Head down mate... if you tinker with the master plan by adding in cheats it becomes harder to judge whats working for you regardless how far out you are.

                I can imagine righty is tweaking your diet, AAS and training small amounts and blowing out on half a pizza means things will be harder to measure this week due to water retention from the cheat?

                    leg press
                    2 warm up sets
                    2 work sets of 25
                    2 work sets of 15
                    1 work set of 12

                    leg curl
                    4 sets of 50kg, 12 reps

                    calfs
                    4 sets 15

                    30 minutes cardio

                      The more you drink, the less you hold once your body becomes acclimatised to proper hydration mate.
                      You have not lost 3lb of tissue or fat in a day, so it must be water.

                      Caffeinated drinks in tandem with drinking a lot can cause quite profound water reduction - as you'll see near show day.

                      IB - if that avatar pic is representative of what you look like now, all I can say is "well done" to you and Paul. How long until show day?

                        weighed mysef this morning and weight is back to normal, so a rolling week gives a 2lb loss from the same time last week.

                        45 minutes unfuelled cardio done this morning. 

                        Am going to be knocking a couple of walls down this afternoon and shifting the rubble, so think i may include a little extra carbs in the afternoons food

                        im 30 next week, and all my mates have planned a night out, and am already getting a serious amount of stick for saying im not drinking.

                                Tesco Salt and Vinegar rice cakes are the bollocks and Pepsi max is my saviour!
                                 
                                Why do people bring pizza round when your dieting. Elfintan and Paul brought pizza to my house after the Universe last year as a treat for Paul following his comp....I still had 3 weeks to go to mine. Imagine smelling the stuff cooking and then getting up in the morning and the fridge is full of leftovers!!!!

                                    kitty, got some salt and vinegar ones today, they are very tasty! also got some marmite ones and they are lovely too!

                                    will certainly make eating 7 ricecakes twice a day a little easier!

                                        despite being alot leaner, its not showing in photos yet, im at a weird stage where the visual improvements are pretty small, so probably a couple of weeks untill the next set of photos.
                                         
                                        ive been leaner than this before,  when i was under ten stone and cycling a few hundred miles a week lol
