Id like to rep 180kg on the bench at some point

on cycle i was at about 140x12 ish, but i stayed away from high reps really, i managed to get 170x2, for 2 sets.. so im pretty sure ur well on ur way to reppin 180.. would love a 180 myself dude. yeh, forgot u were bulking.. would love t have the luxury of bein able to spend 100 a month on MP... love their stuff too.. unfortunately they dont factor this into student loans!! pah.... i think the lower reps will really help pack on some dense mass which would be great mate.. especially with ur goals of competing in the U90's in a few yrs time.. but yeh, obviously injuries can set u back some time so u'd be right to keep an eye on them, especially if ur suceptable to them...

back and tris tonight, awesome session! found an even better way to really hit the upper lat, and work on having the best v taper possible, and avoiding working the lower portion too much, which is fairly low on me and makes my waist look thicker so i did stiff arm pushdowns, straight onto lat pulldowns, straight onto stiff arm pushdowns again, after 3 sets my very upper lats were absoloutley blasted, and i was getting cramp in them! never had that before, few months of this and upper lats should be really popping out! followed up with v bars rows. then for tris, pushdowns 6 sets, and 3 sets of kickbacks. Not a great exercise, but every few months doing them will give a good ache on the tris the next day havent gained any weight this week yet, BUT condition seems to have tightened up! double bi's pose is showing lots of little veins snaking over the inside of my arms accross the tris and bis :-)

forddee How are you finding dom's in your legs atm? and do you think CV prolongs them? Daz am targeting just teardrops, hams and calfs at the moment, so no full leg workouts. But doms is pretty strong, teardrops are killing me today. I dont seem to notice any effect from cardio on doms when done straight after, but i think it does prolong it if i do a hard cv session in the days after, slows recovery right down

This is setting me back alot training legs, 12 hours shifts at work and CV. The main things is leg pumps after 8 hours on my feet at work. And of course leg whinny/prop shots and i am asking for painful legs Daz

great session tonight on hams, back and bi's! dropped the volume a little to have a heavy week this week. SLDL bar x 20 60kgx20 80kgx12 100kgx10 120kgx9 130kgx8 leg curls 60kgx8 60kgx7 50kgx9 Lat pull down. 60kgx12 90kgx12 90kgx11 90kgx9 80kgx12 stiff arm pushdown 35kgx12 40kgx9 (shoulder was giving some discomfort so dropped the weight) 30kgx12 25kgx12 DB rows (not done these for ages) 45kgx12 45kgx11 45kgx9 45kgx9 Preacher curls 25kgx11 27.5kgx9 30kgx6 25kgx11 25kgx9 Hammer curls 25kgx 10 25kgx10 25kgx9 biceps were toally fried by now! 45 minutes cardio job done! weight is now sat at 89kg, and condition is still aroung the 7 week out mark. all i need to do over the next 8 months is slowly trim off 5-6%fat and add on another 5-6lbs of muscle, and i should land in the middle of the U90's in really good condition, which is what i was aiming for
