kitty Oooer, we are on a roll now aren't we I'd say about 3 weeks is a good gap is you want a short rest. Enough time to get rid of the water rebound and "normalising" the rest of your body but also enough time to tighten up providing you go straight back on diet after no more than a day off and then not being too silly with food intake!! feeling very motivated after my time off, i have 2 weeks lost to make up for! im an unstoppable machine at the moment! RACK Nice benching buddy watch this space, much bigger numbers are on the way as long as the RC stays ok

Papa Lazarou Is it sad that I don't have a fav cheat meal? That I will eat it as I somehow have a strange need to eat junk every now and again but there ain't no real need to have xxxx meal? not at all mate, if you dont crave any 'junk' or 'treat' foods, then why worry about it! me though, i love my food, from posh nosh, to the junk food like KFC, pizza, burger king. I have a huge sweet tooth, mainly for nice desserts. Not everything that could be classed as a cheat meal is junk particularly, a fancy meal in a restaurant could be exquisite, but wouldnt fit into a diet! i enjoy the nice food while i can, because when i diet i cant have it. BUT im limiting the amount to a few times a week, something ive never done off season before!

Daz not too bad mate, tend to be sore for 2-3 days after training on average. i like the higer reps, when i go low and heavy i seem to get injured pretty quick! do each bodypart heavy and low reps about once a month, just to mix it up keep reading about Dc training and similar stuff, but every training system has someone thats written a piece that makes it sound like thats the only way anyone could ever grow, so im going to stick with what i know leaves me injury free! loving food, just eaten 300g chicken breast, 150g basmati rice, in a sharwoods szechan sweet chilli sauce, it was bloody good! still hungry though!

legs today, sciatic nerve has been catching today, so no big moves. leg curls 20kgx20 40kgx15 65kgx9 65kgx8 50kgx12 20kgx21 leg extension. 30kgx20 30kgx20 95kgx12 95kgx11 95kgx16 rest paused. calf raises, going really heavy with these, doing them single leg, rest paused, 4 sets of 6-8 reps. trying a different tactic for calfs for a month or so.
