What i think people need to remember whilst yes it does appear to be alot of food, dazc has a very active job, i mean spending 8 hours smashing out a reinforced concrete floor must have burnt off a good 2000cals on its own. that is with out taking into account, weight training, cardio, RMR and then he still needs a surplus to make sure he grows.

Incredible Bulk do you know the macros of that diet? to be honest mate, i dont have a clue, i know protein is at least 400g, and carbs are about the 600g mark, but thats only going on the protein in the protein sorces and the carbs in the carbs, without counting things like the milk, of proteins in the carbs, or the carbs in the fruit. what i do know is, its as much as i can physically force myself to eat. so its about as much as i can do, wihout sacrificing the quality of the foods to get more overall calories. god only knows why i am stuck at about the 14 stone mark. maybe hours at work, and stress is cancelling all that food out

on the cost issue, whey protein for example, is 39 quid for 4.5kg, at 200g a day that costs me £173 a day, which for 160g protein is bloody good! the MP MRP is great value and my double serving works out at 1.10 a day, for 88g carbs and 54g protein, and it also has some efa's in it. And the carbs are from oats and activated barley so nutrient rich! they might not be the best tasting available, but they taste pretty good, and are cheap for quality ingredients!

nice little shoulder session tonight :-) lat raise, suppersetted with shoulder press. lat rais is always 10 reps, 18kg. shoulder press was- 50kgx25 90kgx21 more reps than last week 90kgx16 90kgx12 followed by a cheeky drop set, at 60kg, 40kg, and 20kg!!! only got 4 reps, shoulders wouldnt move! rear delts in ped deck. 30kgx20 40kgx12 50kgx6 35kgx15 shoulders rested a bit, so smashed them a bit more with arnolds 30kgx15 35kgx14 30kgx15 (could do more weight but rc moans if i do) lat raises (again) suppersetted with steering wheel thing with a 15kg plate. 3 sets of that, 10-12 reps each. few shrugs 47.5kg x 45 reps fooooking exploded my shoulders! lol 47.5kgx20 47.5kgx18 also did some standing hammers for bis, 2 sets of very heavy, for 8 and 9 reps. cheating on the form. firing on all cylinders so did a quick 20minutes cardio at 130-140BPM HR shoulders were looking cut and vascular at the end, much more mass than leeds, which i really needed, still more to go though :-)

Is a decent pic in the beef mate!! Hammer curls is primarily a shaping excercise for the brachioradialis and the bicep brachii. Hope this helps!!

Hope this helps!! cheers mate! ive been trying to find a copy to have a look, but have been pretty worried about what it might be, as some of the photos from people to the side of the stage looked really poor! im doing biceps twice a week, so alternating between hammers and preachers. noone has ever said that im lacking biceps, but i would feel happier with bigger arms as to me they are just ok, and nothing special at all, and my tris are pretty good.

Daz hi mate! no not really! am in work for 6-7 hours tomorrow, and will end up working most of next week, though i will be in the office catching up on drawing work, so a bit easier. ill probably lose a few pounds over christmas, even with all out excessive eating, gettin up late and disruptions to normal meals will mean i probably eat less in total, add that to the disruption to training, and i will finish christmas a few pounds lighter :-(

totally amazing session tonight, should have been legs, so i did that, but as i wont get to train for nearly a week i worked through all the bodyparts i havent trained this week, in a bit of a circuit/superset/giant set type thing. Wish i could train like that all the time, it was awesome! here it is leg extensions. 40kgx20 60kgx20 100kgx15 100kgx10 very slow reps, with a pause at the top. leg curls, heavy this week, to bring out the hams. 40kgx12 70kgx10 70kgx8 very slow, and held at the top. hams were fried as normally i do volume stuff. calfs, again, low volume. single leg in calf raise. 50kgx6 50kgx5 rest paused. 40kgx8 then onto a giant superset thing, no rest at all between these. db incline flys. 20kgx12 to preexhaust chest. db incline press 47.5kgx 13 dips BW x 22 wide grip pull ups BWx25 narrow grip pull ups, neautral grip so bicep heavy. BWx 18 OMFG!!! was blowing like mad, forearms were ready to explode, chest was throbbing like mad, and my whole back was pumped and cramping! so i did it all again! might try training like that all the time for a bit, maybe do it twice a week, so everything gets trained twice a week, but with the low number of sets, still has time to recover. hmmm dilemma!
