          still got the sh!ts.  4 days now.  other than that i feel fine, which is really strange.

          people keep saying i shoud starve myself untill im better, and that by eating im stopping myself getting better.

          just cant get my head round not eating anything for 24hours.

          is a good run of a few months uninterrupted too much to ask?

              cheers mate, its doing my head in! not sure about taking meds for it, wouldnt the thing thats causing it still be there?   not been ill for years, then blighted for the last 2 months!  and coming up in january is more time off after a hernia op!
               
              damm it!  im going to really have to pull something special out of the bag in spring and summer to look good on stage in the under 90's with all this going on.
               
              like i needed it to be any harder than it already was!!!! lol

                      haha i wasnt sure about the update, but then i dont leave anything out of my journal!  thanks for posting mate, if what i do motivates just one other person, then that is a huge compliment indeed.
                       
                      i have big plans for the coming year, so hopefully it will be a good read!

                            hey flick, no the c stands for clemmit not clark lol.  im told my photo has been in the beef and bodyfitness, but havent seen either so dont know in what context or what picture.  i presume its just class coverage of the leeds show, and pictures of the top three getting trophys.

                                      finally!  felt confident enough that i could go to the gym and push hard without risking breaking out in my trousers!! :-)

                                      bit of a dilemma as to what to train, calfs and hams are the most lagging, but shoulders are the place that loses mass quickest when training and diet is disrupted, and shoulders are the key to my upperbody looking as good as it possibly can.  so i decided to train shoulders!

                                      was a good session, reps a little bit down probably due to a lack of carbs and also morning training never works well for me, but still shifting the same weights.

                                      shoulder press.

                                      95kgx7  erm, what happened to my endurance! lol

                                      rear delts in pec deck

                                      lat raises supersetted with steering wheel movement with a 15kg plate.  12 reps of each!

                                      shoulders were looking great!  have lost 5lbs in the last week, but the anabolic support from my tren and test that i started 3 weeks ago, has really helped hold onto the muscle, and some of that weight lost is definately fat, and i bet the rest is just glycogen and water from eating low carbs, and no dairy.

                                      in a way i wish i was dieting down now,  a few weeks of hard strict diet and my delts and arms would be awesome, im pretty excited about how much improvement i have made since leeds.  probably not a huge amount in terms of lbs, maybe 4-5lbs.  but its going to have made quite a difference to what i look like!

                                      still a good six months to add some more yet :-)

                                        my mission for today, is to get 500g protein down my neck, and to hit 10,000kcals as a total.  apart from the protein, and a fair bit of EVOO and wanut oil, it will pretty much all be from  sugars to help refill my body after having the sh1ts for so long.  get the muscles properly fuelled again and fill me back up, as im a little flat.

                                        so to that end, i have 4 litres of lucozade, 4 bags of haribo, couple of pieces of cheesecake (not all sugars i know), 3 selection boxes of chocolate that were on sale,  a couple of pineapples, some apples and a bunch of ripe bananas.
