hey flick, no the c stands for clemmit not clark lol.  im told my photo has been in the beef and bodyfitness, but havent seen either so dont know in what context or what picture.  i presume its just class coverage of the leeds show, and pictures of the top three getting trophys.

Am off to WH Smiths now so I'm gonna try and find your piccie!

what picture is it mate?  does it really look ok?  ive been rather worried about it to be honest, as i havent seen it, and i missed quite a few poses that day so didnt show off my physique as well as i could have.  would hate people to be looking at it thinking i look crap

You've either got massive steaks stuck on your legs or have some chonkin great quads!  Its page 60 of the mag, issue 49.

Good Pics, there was a copy of Beef at the gym the other day i spent a good 10mins scouting through it to find the pic you looked good.

its not too bad that picture, legs look alot better than i thought!  biggest think i think that shows there is that my chest looks smooth and soft, but then i was still holding water.  on the posing front, iwas rounding my back too much, needed to stand straighter with the chest out more.

these things will be corrected in the 2010 shows :-)

cant wait to get back to eating cleanly.  have eaten alot of junk the last week.  before that i was thinking about going back to my bulking diet of old, and using fats and sugars to get the extra calories.  having done this for the last week, im feeling crap, and tired.  might get me gaining, but i dont like how i feel, so its back to clean eating, and gaining weight at an agonisingly slow rate!

I feel the same way mate almost ill from eatting crap ,all the get up go has more or less gone ,  roll on monday (new start).

As for comps ,after the last show, James L told me to have a year out ,and hit legs hard and give the top half a rest for a bit.
Which is what i have been doing and the new plan starts monday.

The next comp will be in late Oct this year ,the EPF show I will be at the high end of this weight class (U85kgs).

And then the Stars maybe be close behind with a hopeful win there and off to the british?? 
Its all down to how much mass i can put on and i think 2-3kgs will be about right in the 7 months time span I have to grow before cutting starts.

makes sense mate, hope it all goes to plan for you!  what the epf shows like, do they get a good turn out of competitors?

My first ever show was an WPF show ,a good few years ago now .
And the best i have got placed is 2nd and i would like to win one ,the turn out can be very tuff but its all down to who turns out on the day.

Its not as big as the UKBBF in the UK but more of a world fedration and bigger in more european countries .

This will be the last time i do a EPF show ,as i will be aiming for the U90kgs in the UKBBF.
