dbol 10mg and reflex whey protein

Hi guys this is my first post

I'm 24 and been eating healthy for a while and not put an ounce on, so iv decided to start a course of dbol alongside the reflex whey protein.

Iv had mixed advice from people I know so wanted to ask how many dbol to take each day and when please. Also should I be stacking them with anything or will I need to take anything after a course

Thanks in advance

Lee

By eating healthy I mean your chicken an fish an pastas eggs etc and by my (probably wrong) calculations, around 2800 calories a day.

As for the gym, :/ no I haven't been training for a while but when I did I seen no real gains after a few months so I gave up. Now iv got more spare time I want to give it a good go hence the added help of the protein an dbol. I will be going the gym 4 times a week and also bike to work so plenty of exercise and training. Oh and for the record I'm 6ft 1 and 11 stone but have shape with not a lot of fat on me

    Ditch the dbol.
Train hard 4 times a week, up your calories to around 3500 and see how you progress.

Thats a fair comment and appreciate it but I struggle to stick to the calories now because I work permanent night shift and its quite expensive eating the right foods! Iv already bought these tablets so should I go with 2 or 3 a day for 6 weeks and see how I get on?

Also when should I drink the protein? Is it before or after the gym and then before bed? So much different advice out there grrr

Hold onto the dbol for a few months mate. Get back inot training properly 1st. I works nights every 3wks myself.
I'd def have a protein shake after training and I normally have one right before bed with some skimmed milk.
eating the right food can be doen cheaply.
Bulk buy chicken fillets, tins of tuna are cheap and so too can eggs be.

You should listen to what these chaps are saying. You need to do some research on diet and get your meal frequency, calories and macro's sorted. Sounds like you're an ectomorph in terms of bodytype (tall and skinny) I speak from personal experience. Use whey and creatine by all means. You need to eat a Sh1t load of good food and train like a beast, get loads of rest and drink loads of water. If you put more effort into your training and diet you will see results. dbol won't give you the results you think it will cos you clearly don't eat enough anyway, Im not saying gear is bad at all but at the moment you should forget it. Good luck.

If money is the issue that is stopping the diet; shop around and out work out a protein per 100g per £ for everything - Milk, Eggs, Fish, Cheese, Chicken etc. You'll start to see bargains as you'll understand cost per volume!

Forget Reflex if you don't have much money; go to myprotein and get some bargains. Make some weight gain shakes if you aren't going to eat properly doing your shift. Pre-prepare whey/casein and readybrek in shakers. At least you'll be getting a mix of protein and carbs/cals.

Stick with diet and training for a while yet mate. You've got plenty of natural growth left in you yet.

I work Night Shifts at times, but 4 in a row when it happens. 9pm-7am... and I get a sleep on my break for 1.5hr, then I sleep at 8am-2pm. Its a nightmare and fcuks up my sleep pattern and course of "rest". Thank God I only do these shifts once every 3 months!
On these annoying shifts, I take 1x 25g basic whey protein shake, a cornish pasty, and a double egg and bacon muffin. Thats around 80g of protein. And I take a few USN Anabol Testo caps, as Im convinced these help me out of catabolism.

    Anyway...
Let me tell you about budget quality clean food. God gave us Icelands and the basics range in Sainsburys:
12 eggs are £1, a massive sack of frozen chicken is £3, a big sack of oats is around £1, 12 beef burgers are £2, pack of spaghetti is £1, lean pork sausages are £1, bacon is £1, 8 muffins are £1.

So.. all that for £10. Reckon you could buy this stuff once a week? Its £40 each month. If budget permits and you got room, add that onto your normal monthly food bill, and you'll be destined to grow. Lots of additional high protein grub! Give it ago?
And Reflex is good stuff, but on the pricey side. Search around... Im currently trying Goliath Nutrition, cheap as fcuk and tasty. 25g protein per shake, 70 servings per tub, around £30...

I'm currently using vanilla reflex whey and it's not all that. It tastes strange and no way as tasty as Sci-mx lean grow.

I would also leave the dbol, you've not set any base line figures yet. train hard and then go for it if you wish at a later date.

    A couple of questions mate:
Is this your general diet or is this for a purpose?
I'd be interested to hear why you use Basmati instead of Brown Rice. Is it less complex and therefore burned quicker?
Also, why fried egg? Have you tried an omelette with small dices of red pepper etc in there?
Also, what are the figures for you food sources per day (total protein/carbs/fats) - or are you not as anal as me?
In addition, what are your figures: BF, weight, height etc?

Thats a fair comment and appreciate it but I struggle to stick to the calories

Also when should I drink the protein?

Struggle to stick to calories, then steroids wont do anything for you. Thats a fact.

when should you drink protein? if you need to ask such a questiuon then you are not ready for supplements let alone steroids.

do your research and stop looking for a short  cut.

Mate. You want to try Protex from Goliath Nutrition in vanilla. I still cry myself to sleep over foul it is. Yet the mass-gain version in strawberry is like angel delight/custard!!!

Actually just do the damn d-bol, dont eat and let us know how you get on, why not. Maybe your non results can be a sticky or sumtin.

"hey i did steroids and eat nothing and got no results, whats going on"

    answer: you didnt eat enough.

I bet your 2800 calories are more like 1800 calories, seriously check yourself before you wreck yourself. (p.s. i came up with that saying)

Its my general diet but changes daily. I take Sundays off and eat what I like.
If I'm cutting for a show then it changes alot.
I rather the taste of basmati over brown and there is not much difference really nutritionally.
I'm not as anal as you but most days I hit around 3500 cals, 280 p, 300 c and 80f
Some days I'll change to scrammbles, bolied or omelettes.
I'm 6ft, 99kg and about 16-18% BF at the min.
