basically i got back from afghan in september and have barely trained from march last year till now
ive gone from 110kg to 88.5kg
im going for the army powerlifting comps in june and need some serious help planning my diet pls pls pls
im 88.5kg and 6ft 3 i wanna try to compete at 101 kg lean/ish
can some one help me build my diet as ive totally lost the plot
i want to use
whey, chicken breast, beef, tuna, fish, quorn, eggs, cottage cheese, sweetcorn,beans,  beetroot, avacado, broccoli, cabbadge, any other vedge, bananas, peanut butter, peanuts, coffee, brown rice, brown pasta, rice cakes, oats, lowfat vedge soup and tomatoe pasta sauce to mix for taste - also anything else that will help that ive missed
i know this is a big ask but please help me
