I love running in the rain, find it refreshing!

Also run in snow/on ice as I have a pair of Yaktrax.

Nothing beats running in the sun by the beach though.

I live in Singapore where it rarely drops below 80 degrees and about the same %age humidity - love it when I come back to UK and it's cold I feel like I could run all day !!

Ish. I used to, no worries - but as the years have crept by I'm a bit more choosy - it somehow seems less imporant nowadays, but then that has happened with other things too. I'm a climber and my winter climbs (on ice) have reduced over the years, haul-assing out of bed at 4am to get up the side of a mountain and onto an ice route before the air warms and it goes out of condition no longer seems like as much fun as it used to.

I'm only 38, but after 20 years of smashing out runs, walks and climbs in all weathers it now seems better to pick and choose a bit.

I like running in the rain though, the heavier the better, especially through mud.
