iv ordered 5kg of this for £36 but want to no who has used it is it thick thin?

i also want to no who has used nutrisport weight gainer or all in one as they seem to have alot more protein in them

i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.
