ok today i done 45 mins boxing and upper body in weights with 20 mins HIIT after 18x3 flat dumbell bench - lat pull down incline bench dumbell - close grip pull down millitery press-chin ups-dips flat flys - bent over rows-side rasies took my exceed the 20 mins hiit

today i done 45mins boxing in the morning im coming to the last of my vpx burner and its amazing really see abs clearly now weights was lower body,lower abs and 20mins HIIT deadlift - romainan deadlift (20x3) front squat - single leg squat(20x3) hack squat - calf rasies (20x3) lower abs were 30 gymball jacknife leg rasies - revrse crunch(10x2) took my exceed 20 mins on x trainer doing HIIT had a friend train with me and he really felt his legs more than when he trains

i really cant wait to do a lean bulk i really want to gain 1-2st for next year, lean of course thinking of doing a epi cycle im not to sure proberly just buy some zma and daa

today i done 45mins boxing after taking a impact whey dulexe and hmb,glutamine shake with 3mls vpx fat buner upper body and side abs with 20 mins HIIT after weights

i done 45mins boxing after having 3mls vpx,1 whey,hmb,glutamine shake todays session was legs and upper abs 20x3 deadlift-romain deadlift front squat-single leg squat hack squat -calf rasies dumbell swing's-gymball planks legs felt like a ballon ready to pop and abs felt great look the feeling abdominal muscles being pumped and streached next week is my isolation week. by isolation week i dont mean bicep curls i mean this monday - chest and back tuesday - legs wednesday - bicep,tricep,shoulders thursday - abs,calfs,forarms,traps the idea is to absolultly kill my body parts on that day and to be able to focus on parts i think i may need to tweek a bit chest and back routine is flat db press - lat pulldown (10-12x4) flat bb bench press - bent over rows (6-10x4) delicine bench - t bar rows (8-12x4) incline bench - close grip pulldown (6-12x4 incline flys - stright arm pulldowns (8-20x4) last set on isolation moves will be to failure legs is my normal day deadlift-romainan deadlift (6-10x4) front squat - single leg squat (8-12x4) hack squat-back squat-calf rasies (6-10x4) jumping squats - bw squat (8-20x4) jumping squats and bw squats are to failure bicep,tricep,shoulder will be chin up - dips - shoulder press (6-10x3-4) close grip bench - tricep pushdowns (8-12x3-4) ez curl - preacher curl (8-12x3-4)(may ad in spider curl) front,side,press - bent over raises (10x3) traps,abs,cafl.foramrs will be bb shrugs - db shrugs (8-15x4) seated calf rasies- standing calf rasies - calf jumps(10-15x4) wrist curls-behind wrist curls-ez crul revrse curl(10-15x4) farmers walk-uneven suitcase walk(30secwalk x4 x4sets) abs leg raises - kettlebell swings-weighted side bend(10-15x4) reverse crunch-rope crunches-side bends(10-15x4) leg holds-planks-side planks (30-1min hold each x 4 sets) also after every session will of course be 20mins HIIT

my isolation week did not go as planned i had a sick bug still went to gym and im only just recoved from the isolation week this week im doing my normal upper/lower splits 10-12 for upper and 12-14 for lower my abs are really clear lost a bit of defation due illness but not to bad

if people are not awer i bulk buy to save money so instead of buying 500g i get 1- 2kg so i save so money im very tight with money as well

in april im doing a cut with n02 and creatine to full my muscles then from may im doing a cut rather than a cut and bulk for my holidays my gf goes away in june so i can spend all my time on my body and transform a lot more

thanks bazbat and yeah they are crap i had a sample of cellour c4 today its really nice also gave good pump im training lower body tomrrow with upper abs 14repsx3-4 sets for legs abs will be 15-25x3 next week is my high rep week 20-25 for lower and 18-20for upper body im also getting animal cuts then in april im buying some clen to use to help get to 9%bf for my holiday

Cellucor C4 is awesome. Before I went onto Craze which was before I went onto Ultima (lol), I went through 3 tubs of the orange flavour. Guess u got ur sample with Flex lol. Keep up the hard work mate.

from last week i have noticed my lower ab skin is much tighter than before as im not on a fat burner for now i notice my results are the same im not as cut but look pretty much the same as before. my training is going good i have now got on to my high rep weeks 18 reps for upper and 20 for lower body i have increased by 2.5-5kg on all excerise's since last month next week im going to add a few more reps on lower body 25-30 and upper 20 reps max im going to buy some clen 40mg and stack it with either zma or atd here is my list for next month pea protien 5kg glutamine 1kg hmb 500g clen 200 tabs atd 100 tabs or zma 270 caps fishy oil's will take pics very soon before i do my actual cut up in april will take before and after
