here's a little bit of info about me. when my mother was pregant with me she was put on to pure testosterone having quite a lot a week,she still cared on up until 2weeks to her due date the docs said that small parts will flow through my blood. i was always a sporty person in my childhood i played squash for my town and football at age 8-10 i alwayed loved watching stongmen contest i liked there muscle and how they could move trucks, done some material arts did not like them,lost my family house when i was age 11 turned to food because i was comfort eating by age 13 i weighed a massive 17st and i was 5.4ft so i was huge, age 14 i got to a gym i trained everyday but sunday for at least 2hours a day the fat soon fell of me then i stopped due to deathof nan and turned to certian drugs i kicked that to touch and then i was a skinny fat so wanting to lose weight i turned to anorexia pleased with how much i lost i kept going until i was 55kg at 6.2ft then age 17 i had an opertion on chest i then weighed a very little 49kg when i recovered but still had a little belly fat so i thought **** it lets get back to a gym. i put on a staggering 3st on in 3months. decied to do a course for pt,diet and others(still studying them) now i weigh 77kg have 12%bf go to the gym 4days a week do boxing in the morning for 30mins semi fasted eat loads and loads im addicted to the gym i ahve sundays off starting to do skiploading on day off. im currentlly cutting till august 19th then september 9th im bulking till i reach 15st or until i feel no need to bulk up

woke up 7am boxing at 7.25am ended 8am had a shake hit the gym today only done HIT on tredmill for 20mins follwed by 50reps cable crunches 20reps 8kg medicane ball swing diet was manily chiken and lettice then 3 protien along the way with udo's choice and hmb,glutamine before boxing and before gym

i woke up at 7am still half asleep took my hmb,glutamine and lipo 6 black uc, i was boxing im glad something can stand my punches 7.30 finnished boxing had a shake which consiteted of 25g oats,1 scoop protein complex,10mls udo's choice,1 table spoon of peanut butter,5g dark coco powder,15g cinnimon and 2 handfulls of ice will be going to gym at 3.30pm

came back from the gym yesterday and done 2 induction's done full body giant sets low reps heavy weight bench press 160kg - lat pulldown 90kg - deadlifts 120kg 6x4 incline bench 150kg - face pulls 65kg - front squats 75kg 6x4 flys 55kg - bent over rows 65kg - hack squats 185kg 6x4 with hack squats i done all reps in 1 set 28 reps then done bicep's - tricep's dips bw+10kg - chin ups bw +25kg 3 sets 5,10,15 drop the weight every set then abs cicrut 3 sets 20kg weighted crunches on gymball 40reps leg rasies and dragon flags 20 - 6reps plank on gym ball 45sec hold russian twist with 15kg med ball 20 reps then i done 15 mins cross trainer level 15 took 80mins altoghter i was drenched in sweat came back from gym at 5pm i had chicken salad and then watched saw 4-5

today i woke up 7am took lipo 6 black uc and downed my hmb and glutamine mix done boxing for 15 mins was drenched when i finished had a shake after, will be doing another induction for a 55 year old bloke, and then will do HIT on tredmill for 20mins

done induction for the 55year old man then done HIT on tredmill and a little bit of boxing, had a recovery shake and just eat some chicken with mushrooms. i cant wait for my nightime shake 2scoops protien complex choc,2handfulls of ice,50g dried bananana, 25g rasiens,15g peanut butter it tates like heaven

trained shoulders and abs this morning woke up at 8am downed my superpump max and glutamine with hmb and took lipo 6 black uc sets 3 reps veryied with what exercise shoulder ------------------- clean and arnold press (reps 10,10,10) 20kg dumbell crunches 20 wide shoulder press (reps 10,10,8) 15kg, 25kg dumbell rest (reverse crunches 20) front lat rasies ( reps 15,10,8) 10kg,12.5kg,20kg, superset side rasies (reps 15,10,8) smae weight as front rest ( russian twist 20 reps ) 8kg med ball ----------------------------------- abs cicrut 3 sets crunches (reps 40,40) set 3 changed to barbell (30kg) situp (15 reps) double crunches or v sit ups ( reps15,15,15) leg rasies ( reps 20,20,20) plank ( 1 min hold) set 3 changed to one leg and one arm held for 1 min each leg took 1hour shoulders were pumped like amd and abs are tight and solid

Hello mate. Sounds like you've had plenty of your share of up's and downs so far in your life! :/ What relevence do you think your mother being on test has to you? Impressive benching mate, is that on a barbell bench? Good luck on your journey matey:)

hey thanks and i no a fair few things happen but dw i am who i am for it, docyor's have told me i may find it easyier than some with strength and to keep muscle mass which i do they wanna test me to see how much is in my sytem gotta wait for a date to go to hospital or were it is first, and yeah its barbell personal best is 185kg on bench but due to cutting strength goes a little worse for wear really want to try and get to at least 250kg on bench by the time im 25

i had a lie in today woke up at 8am, i done a circut of bodyweight moves 10 reps for fiset set then 10 reps split into to parts set 1 10 reps for all no rest press up - sqaut clap press up - jump squat burpee lunges - close handed press up knee tucks - double clap press up moutain climber set 2 part 1 reps 5 part 2 5 reps part 1 clap press up - jump sqaut part 2 double clap press ups - squat tuck ( squat all the way down then knee tucks) burpree 10 reps part 1 single squat jump - asstied one hand pressup 5reps part 2 handstand press ups - single leg burpree 5reps finished i was covered in sweat then i done 5 - 10 mins of boxing had a recovery shake

at last a rest day now all i gotta do is skipload, i cant wait to get back into the gym today will literly eating everything and anything i got 5 bags of 250g wine gums 1 big bag of candy floss will try to blend this down a new bottle of hershy choc syrup 5 bags of moam's and a little bitof a huge choc fudge cake and thats only till 3pm for now

yesertday i eat loads i eat all that up plus 2 slice's cheeseckae, another bag of candy floss,2 total mrp shake,5 bowls of frosties and finally a pick and mix weighing 650g woke up 7am downed my hmb got no powders but a little bit of hmb till 11.20am done 25 mins boxing and then done 10 clap press ups,10 squat thrusts, 10 squat jumps and knee tucks. then i had 2 large duck eggs for some protien after it going to gymat 3.30pm will be doing heavy weight low reps 6 4 sets then 20mins HIT cardio

good stuff mayte, was wondering about same as will.. i bench 140kg at best but pull 270 squat 200+ but your dl were only at 120kg was that just a light day or just not as good with pulling ?

went to gym done my superset routine reps 6x4 sets no rest bench 150 - 162.5kg - pullups bw + 25kg - deadlifts 210kg incline 130 - 150kg - face pulls 80kg - front squat 80kg flys 60kg - seated rows 130kg - hack squats stack 185kg 50 reps dips bw+20kg - chin ups bw+ 20kg ab curit 15mins tredmill i went heavy on weight a bit more to see if i still could bang out the weight when i stated my cut legs are a real strong point and my chest and back are catching up with them free weight squat is 250kg 10 reps cant go heavyier because gym does not have any more weight avalible deadlifts are same but if i do 250kg dead i cant do any for the rest of week due to breaking most of my right hand a few years back, i broke my little finger and it turned into my fingers and broke my fingers and knucles hospital wanted to cut them off if they could not pop my hand back in postion so i got to be carefull when doing deads and yeah that was more for reps that day

good stuff mate thy are some great lifts very strong, get some vids up as always inspires to see that kind of weight get moved. did i read that right your 77kg at 6'2? and moving that weight surley you should go do some pl comps.. im not sure but id imagine at that weight ou will be considered very veyr strong..
