i found some chestezze and they contain 18mg of eph could i use these in a cut for summer also how many tabs a day would be needed
was thinking of 3-4 so 54-72mg

Usual Eph dose is 20mg and 200mg caffeine 3 x per day.
So 3 along with a caffeine tab.
