eggs and oats recipe 22 January 2012 19:43 (permalink)
heres a good egg and oats recipe i stole off a old pro bb ian harrison..

12 eggs 2 yolks
100g oats
sliced banana

crack all eggs and separate whites from yolks, then the key is to whisk until lighter not too much though. add oats and banana.
put all into a nonstick pan o a low heat. the take a wooden spoon and keep working i until u have a thicker mixture if gets too thick just add some water!! is like having a bowl off banana porridge u cant smell or taste the eggs!!!

The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.
