ephedrine hcl advice

just ordered a bottle, 150 tabs for £30. seemed good, realised it was only dosed at 8mg per tab. Looking for advice on dosing, very aware you should start small and build, and not take too late in the day. but any other tips? have read the articles, but some firsthand advice would be great. thanks

just start off with 1 until its effects wear off then take another, as time goes on you will need to take them more frequent or start doubling up, you will prob las a few weeks then will be best to come off or you will be eating handfulls for the same effect

The only Hcl ive seen has been 30mg tabs  start low work your way up to a dose where sides out way gains .. Every ones resilience is different so you will have to judge for yourself  ..So you know i use 9 a day when on eph
 
If you take a few pre work out it will help you out ...

i drink between 2 - 3 litres a day, not inc what i drink while training. I've done a few cycles of PH's, and some oxyelite pro, nothing full on, and never really delved into burners. So it's more just checking what to expect.

defo buy the 30mg's next time lol, the hcl ones i bought years ago think was from a sponsor on here, brown bottles white lable blue writeing... never got round to useing them went o.o.d then bin lol

whats the difference between ephedra and ephedrine? seems to have the same amount (8mg) of Hydrochloride? is it just natural vs synthetic? if so which is best?

Ephedra is a broncho-dilator that herbalists value as a natural and effective alternative to asthma and allergy drugs. Ephedrine is the active constituent of ephedra. 
 
Just stick with ephedrine in my opinion

Loopholes in internet sales

are these HC 8mgL ephs more potent than the standard 30mg? I had some of the 30mg but didnt think much of them tbh. the Reflx sida cordifolia seemed stronger than the 30mg ephs I had.

With Eph it's likely that your beta 1 and beta 2 receptors will be desensitized to the effects of the drug.  It is the beta 1 and beta 2 receptors which give you the stimulant side effects and these effects will decrease during chronic use.  Although during chronic use, research has showen that the thermogenic effect of eph actally increases.
 
The fact the the thermogenic effect increases lead scientists to believe that there was an undiscovered receptor involved with noradrenaline-induced thermogenesis.  This lead to the discovery of the beta 3 receptor which is much more resilient to desensitization than the beta 1 and beta 2.
 
The only purpose of cycling eph is to keep recieving the stimulation.  Other than that, chronic use will actually lead to an increase in the thermogenic effect.
