what does of epi would i have to do for a 1st time cycle also would nolva 20/20/10/10 be ok for pct thinking of using epi for a lean bulk after holiday or would i better of with a diffrent cycle?

Yep That nova layout would be fine for EPI as its quite mild

As said 30mg for me is min dose for Epi.

Bang-a-rang!!! I would start out at 30 and see how it went, it doesn't usually kick in results wise for 2-3 weeks though.
