You could defo get to 15% by july just smash the cardio and the diet. im currently at 20 trying to get below 10 by august after my bulking stage. i know i can do it its just getting it right, hence me posting my planned diet on here that im due to start end of march. keep goin mate though, work hard and you can defo get there!

Less than 10% by August that's some going mate, I will have to check your diet and keep an eye out for your progress, I might be trying to much apparently by trying to lower B/F but build muscle at the same time but it's working so far so will crack on, good luck on dropping the 11% will definately be checking your progress mate

yeh cheers mate, i will defo keep it posted on here. alot of hardwork to go yet! concentrating on my bulk now so if i could afford to lose a bit of muscle of necessary later on in my cut. yeh losing fat and building muscle is very hard. if your a weight lifting newbie you will find that it will happen for about 6 months then all of a sudden you plateau. thats when you need to make a decision about what u want to do and change your diet and training to suit it. i went through that a few years ago...ive since learnt haha. good luck lad
