evenin all ne kid on the block

bout time i joined a fitness forum to get some hints n tips on what to do and not to do . my names paul im 5'10" 12st 9lb 35 years young. im a driver by day and also work the doors weekends . i love the gym and swimming but need some real help on my diet please . i wanna grow in muscle yet tone up my stomach area. as i sai i drive from 5am till 2pm then gym every day so food is taken in from 5 till 7 at night whats a good plan to suite me. gyme wise rough idea deadlift 3 plates a side bench 45kg each hand (dumbell) curl 20kg each hand ive also run a marathon dressed as a lion so dont be afraid to shout some hard work at me .. look forward to your help .
