ex problems

My bf uses this site and he said someone might have some answers. i have an ex that wont leave me be, he makes fake facebook pages up and keeps changes his phone number and he is using dongles and phones not registered and the police seem to be doing nothing, why havent they caught him? thanks any feedback is helpful

yeh fake ones of me slandering me. the police know but they dont seem to be doing anything, and constant phone abuse and again they havent caught him, and im wondering what i pay taxes for

Ignore the facebook stuff ,and change your number,I'm sure eventually he'll get bored and move on.
 
If it does get more extreme,i.e in the event of contact or serious threats then take stronger action,as there has been cases of phycho ex's killing there ex partners,not that I want to scare you.
 
But I reckon what I first said would be the most likely outcome.
 
Just try to let him know that you're not bothered and in time it I'm sure he'll get bored as first said.
 
How long was you with him,and how long have you been apart?

anyone with no proper input pls leave it. we were together about 6 months split up at xmas time, its getting worse and worse and all the police can say is were bound to bump in to him at some point, useless

Was with him 6 months,finished at xmas and now you're with a guy from here with whom you met on POF?

You can do as you please,it's a bit odd however you saying POF is a great place and that you met your current partner on there with whom you've been with a week,who no doubt in 6 months will probably be doing the same sh*t your ex is doing lol.

ANY police officer HATES these types of call. Alot of police forces have just point blank stopped taking calls relating to Facebook unless its a death threat, assault threat or damage threat. Slander IS NOT a police matter. You have NO IDEA how much police time is WASTED on calls like these. The sooner they tell people to grow up and just ignore it, the better. Oh and if you tell Facebook, they take it down, had it done to me and they stopped it within a few days.
 
If your boyfriend is contantly harrassing you as in following you, threatening you or calling you and you cant stop him by SIMPLY changing your number, then by all means ask the police to intervene. I almost have a feeling youre an officer, because what you have said just reeks of somebody who has had to deal with this **** because people nowadays cant run their own lives! If so, I salute you, well played.

Ask facebook to take pages down.
 
Buy one of those loud, high pitched rape alarms, and if he calls speak very quietly for a few moments to make sure he's listening carefully, and then give a good blast of the alarm down the phone.

get you new bf to fill him in....

Ignore it, change your number, stop giving him the attention that he obv craves. job done.
