im entering the army powerlifting comps 4 months away please can you give me the best routine i can get to improve my big 3 as much as i can inc grip i dont care how disgusting the programme is or how sore i am or how its planned out i just want to get stronger quicker on my big 3 i cant put my stats up as i dont have any as ive not trained for a year and dropped from 110kg to 88kg due to afghanistan thanks alot guys any tips on any thing else eating, the comp its self equipment any thing would be so appreciated

I see you have got some good advice in the other thread. All what has been suggested seems fine to me. It will be a learning experince either way. The trick is then to taper in some way so you reach peak strength, or are just good shape, come meet day.
