my protei shakes arnt agreeing with me, going straight through me, i though fibre would help but at h&b they said it helps you go to the toilet which i dont need, what can i add to my drink to stop this to make digestion slowdown but without loads of oats filling me up and interfering with my eating my daily schedule eating
i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life. main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

Could be the protein mate - some sweeteners will have that effect. I'm fine with most stuff, but 1 brand had me bursting with diarrhoea ~40 minutes after each shake - strawberry milkshake poop!! Being stingy I still used the entire tub...

fibre is for firming up the stool's lol. when they said it will help you go to the toilet i think they should of said helps on the toilet. ie clumps the runny stuff up abit PMSL bye the way baby wipes are cracking for runny poos cleans it proper lol
could be worse you could be a tellytubbie 15inch ripped biceps/TRICEPS will always look bigger than 19inch flabby arms

The only thing that sorted my guts out was eating veg 3/5 times a day, reckon cus the good bacteria feed on the fibre in veg, sorted me out.

I use plain psyllium husk on keto with shakes i wouldn't say it firms up stools - just makes you regular, it absorbs water slow digestion and makes you not hungry for longer I find. Could try it its cheap in super markets but normally comes with sweeteners/colourings etc.
