60gr of carbs?  wow mate how do you survive throughout the day?  Idd probably fall over with such little in a day!
Altough Im thinking of starting a cut in 8 weeks.  After my JW and cissus stack.
Never really tried to cut a big amount of carbs before.  Never really dieted down before.  Might be interesting.

Thats a shedload of weight you do pushdowns with?  As in tricep pushdowns??

what muscle did you pull?  your trap?

yeah, i mean i used to be on 20 gm  a day of carb! this is how i managed to get a nice kick start on my weight loss but i wasn't as serious about lifitng as i have been for a while now. i feel comfertable eating more carbs in my diet now as i know the importance of them and how to use timing right. so on lifting days i would eat more carbs pre and post session.
yeah thats tri pushdowns, i never really thought i was lifitng that heavy unless its in lbs! no, i don't think so..

Dude, didn't go after all and like you had my first drink for almost a couple of months plenty of water and i'll be ok tomo
i only do my cardio at home coz i am not a big fan of running in the morning and the gym starts at 9.. bought an exersice bike a couple of months ago and its very handy with morning cardio, and when ur bored.

Good idea to have a bike at home.  Id just pop it infront of the tv and "chill" out!

I hate running.  Soooooo much.  Even worse on a treadmill.

Hows the JW going?  You still on 3 caps a day?  Your cissus should be arriving any day now.

dude, all i can tell u is that i am kickin myself for not owning one of those bikes ages ago. i used to live beside the beach before and every am before i go to work i'd go for a run, but then.. started to get very boring and my knees started to burn like hell. then i stopped. with the bike, as u said.. bring it infront of the TV and wack good 45 mins on it no probs. i am tryin to link my sudden extra hardness and fullness to the JW a bit.. it wasn't cheap!  still on 3 a aday..Roll on Cissus, not sure wat are they like in extremesupps with international deliv.
