finding motovation to train/diet

like the title says , what helps you to get motovated to keep training and get you diet clean,im soon to hit 47 years young,lol, every monday i say too my self this is hit today im gona start back lifting and dieting,but monday never comes,just cant get in the right frame of mind,,,,,,,,,,,

You are doing zero training right now ? YOU ARE NOT DOING ANY TRAINING AT ALL ? Get up off your lazy butt you pathetic lazy skinny fat piece of mouldy cake and start getting back into shape. Your genetic clock is ticking mate, the longer you wait the harder it will be. Just do it. Get your ass into the gym and start sweating. Like someone said, the endorphins are great.

I agree! I'm a 40 female up against all those young girls in the gym! You have to be in the right frame of mind NOW! Yes we ache, yes we feel like pooh sometimes (or in my case a lot of the time) but I love that feeling of a great work out. Knowing that you put everthing into your workout is so sole rewarding as well as health rewarding. Why sit and write that you haven't got "right frame of mind" Go get it and get yourself down that gym - I bet thare are loads reading this that have injuries/illness that would LOVE to train but are unable. Listen to Northern Rocker!

ok here goes,first thank you all for the incouragement to get me started again,yes i did go to gym,good and bad news,,,,,,,,,,bad news im 18st 8ib ,,,good news i enjoyed the feeling of having blood pump through my muscles again,today i feel like a robot walking about all stiff but it feels good ,,

Well done for going...whoop whoop...you made a start right? Great...now keep going....as you get fitter and your bod starts changing you will feel brilliant and that in itself is motivation....if you're really stiff go and book a massage...or get your woman to give you one....errrrm...sorry for the phrasing!...eeeek!...didn't mean errrm "give you one"...I meant a massage, however, prolly one or both of those would do the trick! hahahah....oh poop! .......right, better go before I get into real trouble!!!....lolol...WELL DONE....soooooo going when then?..hey?????...not getting out it that easily, even if you are an ole fart...lol...and I can say that cos Is waaaaaay older than you......
