first cycle test 400 and eq

Im goin to start my first ever cycle in a couple of weeks and will be running test 400 and eq. Was thinking about 600mgs per week split into 2 for the eq but im unsure of how much test to take, the guy i got it from said to run 1ml but i thought that was mayb quite a lot to start with? also im going to take nolva and clomid together for a pct and start 3 weeks after my 10 week cycle, but should i also take one of them in smaller doses during the course? any help would be really appreciated and ill keep you updated with the results

Alright mate just run test at 500mg per week that's what i did for.my first cycle. its upto you but id run only one compound first for a first cycle. What are your goals and stats dude?

cheers mate, just worried about getting some gyno, did you run clomid or anything during your course? currently 6ft, 92kg, 14% bf, 25 years old last lifts were....squat 190kg for 5, bench 120kg for 5 and dead 200kg for 3

see what happens mate, i have never had any sign of gyno so i dont use anything for it i have tried pretty much every med going, so you may be lucky too

I didn't get gyno mate. just make sure u have nolva on hand incase u notice itchy puffy nipples. are u looking to bulk or cut? Some people say running nolva throughout ur cycle hinders your gains. Ricer90

ok cheers guys, thinking about runnint the test at 1ml a week, split into 2 shots on mon and thurs along with the eq at 600mg split into those two shots as well, ill do it in the same pin to reduce the pain of the test a bit! Ill keep the nolva on hand just in case as well! Looking to add some quality lean mass during this, my diet is usually pretty clean and big anyway but im going to add in an extra hyperbolic mass shake a day just to pick things up! anything else ive missed or should know about?
