first time back and best suppliment

 hi every one i am new to this site not been to the gym for around i year now have had other commitments so going back next week just wonderd wots best suppliments to take to gain mass i weigh just under 12stone my friends just started taking t-bullet just wonder if any one new if it worked or not any help would be great

Why don't you get a decent diet in place before thinking about what supplements you are going to take. Your diet is probably the most important factor in determining what results you get and supplements should be just that, supplements, not a replacement, if your diet isn't right then supplementation is pointless. Plenty of posts on here about diet/nutrition that should be able to give you a solid base from which to work.

been back to gym started eating healthy now i am 5.7 just under 12stone i dont want to get massive just bulk up to a decent size so wots best thing to start taking any help would be great cheers

Personally I'm a fan of cell volumizers like MuscleTech Cell-Tech and nitric oxide products like BSN Nitrix But like Toolmonkey says, 'Supplement' means 'as well as' or 'in addition to' so unless you food is correct you really won't get the most out of your supplements.

Don't waste your money on Cell-Tech or Nitrix! Spend it on food. If you struggle to eat as much protein as you need (try and get at least 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight), get some protein powder from somewhere like Bulkpowders, BodyBuilding Warehouse or MyProtein!
