Hi there all new to the forum and wanted some important information regarding the ammount of fluids i want to b takeing daily to get the best from my course..

currently goin at ultra test 400
cypionate 200
winstrol 100
and sustanon

dun in stages based over 12 week..

aside from my nutrition drinks i currently drink only water exept for the odd gulp here and there of coke or pineapple juice.. im doing between 2-4 litre of water daily..

may sound a strange post for some of you and possibly mind over matter for myself that im asking it.. but if you could give me the ammounts yous find yourselves drinking it would be much appreciated..
