Feeling good.........weight starting to feel like it's shifting a little.

Do not feel as bloated anymore

Doing a 3 day split, with cardio on off days and weekends.

Mon/Wed/Fri - Weights

Tues/Thurs/Sat/Sun - AM Cardio

Not pushing the Cardio to the max, while im loosing at a steady rate I’ll keep it steady but leave room to up it when the loss starts to slow.

Mon - Chest/Triceps

Wed - Back/Biceps

Fri - Legs/Shoulders

I know I’m not going to add any muscle while I’m in such a calorie deficit, and TBH I would rather shift the flab first too.

At the min, just keep the reps high, the cardio as is and the weught will drop off mate
HIT with Rightyho

Pity we didn't vid Rack going from pink and healthy with a touch of brown to white, then green then that death grey colour reserved for the severely traumatised.

Looks good to me and agree with Rack.

The weight will come off nicely with said plan so stick to it and make sure you enjoy it.

What you doing for am cardio? Are you going for steady state am like me?

Do something like a 5 min warm up then sprint for 30 secs and then cruise for 90 secs, repeat until you feel sick then take a few mins to get your heart rate back down

Sprinting is the most common form of HIIT.

But if you take a peak in my journal you will see a few variations of it:

Version 1

(Todays session was a form of HIIT but super varied. I did each one of the following for one minute(bar the weight hold) to see how many I could do taking a 45 sec break inbetween each set:

Weight hold straight out in front (5kg) 2.23 mins
Press ups 50
Sit ups 60
Squat Thrusts 40
Leg raises 32
Knee ups 134
Turning kicks 72)

Version 2

Ok todays session was HIIT with the punch bag:

Bag work (mins) 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
Squats (60kg) 35/35/39/42/37

With the squats I was doing as many as I could in a minute taking a 45 sec break inbetween alternating bag work.

Its all good for loosing the flab bud.
