i find a medium ground nowadays,i dont get hammered like i used to,the rare occassions i do go i get slightly merry just enough so the drunken idiots dont get on my nerves, feel relaxed and not bored,at 12 i stop with the sauce and drink water only from then till i leave the club usually 3-4 hours later, get home and take ibuprofen and drink 2 powerades,no hangover, only spent 30-40 quid and still had a top night.

i never bother drinking these days, found i enjoy not drinking much more tbh. especially if you drive as then if and when i can't be arsed any longer i just leave. used to drink a lot when i was a teen 15-19 but now at 21 it just doesn't hold the appeal, i still go out just as much. i enjoy an alcoholic drink in the same manner i enjoy a fine cigar or a good fry up but i don't need it in order to have a good time/lower inhibitions. to me the whole culture of 'go out, get pissed' binge drinking seems ridiculous, is everyone really so inhibited?

I'm fine with a few beers during the week.. even when using goodies.

For a long time though I have been mindful of what I spend in pubs and clubs. It's kinda stupid to drunkenly hand over your hard earned cash to get what in return? Piss and self-loathing? Wham a tenner gone.. then another.. then another... I'd rather have something material or a great experience to show for my cash than drunken conversation and being sick and increased riches for the bar/club/restaurant owner. He's probably already got a Merc. He don't need my money.

This saturday was the first time I had a drink since last February, and tbh it did feel nice going out and having a few drinks!

I'm usually very sensible when I go out, still dance and have a laugh, but for some reason REALLY missed getting tipsy with my mates again!

Mate

Try some GBL, its better than alcohol and you dont get a hangover.

Dirt cheap aswell £23 for 125ml which will last about 60 sessions.

Im not joking you mate I do it, and although the buzz can sometimes be bearly noticeable at times its still a better state than being sober and has benefits like: increases appetite, increases growth hormone levels, virtually 100% non toxic as everyone has ghb in there bodys and would not be alive without it in them.

I may get slated on here for it, but I havent had one bad experience with it, people who say its a date rape drug are dumb and havent tried it for themselves on its own it wouldnt be possible even if you do fall asleep on it you wake up with your memory in tact of the events that lead up to falling asleep. Its when mixed with alcohol you could call it a date rape drug but then thats with ALCOHOL.

Seriously if used correctly I think its the safest and cleanest substance known to man. Oh yeh and I forgot to mention GBL (which is converted to GHB by the body when consumed) is 100% legal.

21, why?

I think its the best advice anyone has given him.

Some boydbuilders even these days go through up to a 1litre of the stuff a week and have NO HEALTH PROBLEMS im sure doing 2-5ml once a week wouldnt harm him.

Its the media that got the original stuff banned in the first place, If you can tell me you have honestly tried it for yourself then fair play I may respect your comments if you explain why other than that though your just jumping on the bandwagon of hate for this stuff and not realising the TRUE facts.

That no one has ever died while consuming this substance on its own, as I say problems occur when combined with ALCOHOL.

I completely dropped the binge drinking weekends nearly 2 years ago now, best thing I've done. I much prefer the ease driving offers. Most of my mates still get hammered but it doesn't usually bother me. I never even get tempted to drink at all, the thought of lager and alcopops on a night out is literally the last thing on my mind.

I found it helped that I made a couple of new friends via the gym and started going out with them, and they choose not to drink as well which makes it a whole lot easier.

The only thing that has suffered is my inhibitions, I'm not as confident without booze in me.

How do you know they do have health problems?

Anyway the point im trying to make is 2-5ml once a week if that isnt going to harm you in the slightest and considering a hit works out about 30p you could sabve yourself a fortune and still have a better time than being pi$$ed up.

so how is not a good idea then?

You cant charge your mates! What i do is say i pick u up and drop you off home just get me few bottles of water/red bull in the club.

So pub water is free and club they get enough water/red bull to pass by and end up spending £0 only money i spend is on food ! So i get a big Dirty Egg bacon burger then once i droped them off get a kebab too make sure i get enough cals for the day lmao

You're a fool - you state there are no ill effects to using this stuff, yet when challenged you ask me how i know they have no problems. Where is your peer-reviewed evidence that there are no problems?

How do you know theres no long term effects? Just because something is made in the body doesn't make it safe in stupidly high doses.

You could save yourself the 30p or whatever and potentially your health and go out sober, it's not hard.
