good gains from bulk cycle

on a sus, deca, d bol cycle atm, running it for about 3 months if i can, min about 8-10 weeks. put a stone on already so weighing now 15 stone. just saw a post saying that hgh can bloat your face???? surely not otherwise my plan is ****ed. im planning to finish this cycle and then have a month off which should take me to april, then get on 3 months of growth and maybe test, probs just hgh depending on how big i am by then? the whole point of the hgh is because i though it shredded ya, as i am normally a lanky swimmer shape and since been on gear look huge but my face looks like a hamster, if hgh is ok then i will do that but if it does bloat your face is there anything i can take to actually rip me up to shreds, tighten my face up. thanks ad.

u need to run AI while on cycle mate to keep the bloat off , aromasin or armidex or tamoxifen, also running proviren can help you keep water and bloat off prov + adex would be my choice 25mg prov ed and 0.5 mg adex eod

^^^^ agree to this. but bump the prov to 50mg ed.. When u retain water from hgh. u probably use to much. its a side effect from using hgh. so starting on 1iu ed. and work ur way up is the way to go.. not expect that u going to be shredded after using hgh for only 3 months. hgh works best after using it for 4-6 months up. the longer u stay on it the better results. if i was u i would invest my money in some other gear then hgh. if u want to lean out ? i think hgh is to expensive and waist of time. test prop cycle and masteron + winny or var. and add in some clen or t3. remember that if ur bf % is to high. i think its above 12 % then u wont get or see all the benefits from using mast.

ok cool, thanks for the advice, i know hgh is costly. i have had a shoulder injury in the last 2 weeks and havent been able to do any press work heavy, just lightly pumping it, only put another 2 pounds on since the injury so not to bad. after i finish this mid march im going to have 8 weeks off and then maybe do the cycle again, or test and npp + masterone, did that cycle last year and npp is awesome and the masterone tightened me up. my diet is pretty good but on a cutting cycle should i just be having chicken and rice and no carbs after 3 o clock? plus what is the best cardio for cutting whilst keeping most muscle? fast walking or biking etc?

Are you saying the hgh is for injury repair? If so, as others had said you'll need to be on it for more than 3 months to see the benefits. Regardless of what cycle you are on the basics of nurtition still apply, so as for macros and timings, you know best what will work for you, a bit of trail and error is involved if you've never cut before. Regards cardio, IME if circa 15% bf or higher any cardio will do, once you get bf lower morning fasted cardio, slow jog / fast walk depending on incline, at approx 65% max hr is the way to go. This combined with a decent diet you are on to a winner.
