I remember my first ever induction around 6 years ago, he put me ont he cross trainer for 90 seconds and i literally died. He also told us that shoulder press was mainly for biceps. Yes, good luck.

I remember one back in David Lloyds in Cardiff. The guy said "if you eat more than 40g of protein per day, it can turn to fat"

and is the one by the college called body and mind? Yeah I think so, it is by the football pitches, might be cr@p but I'll see next week! I train at home mainly but there are some exercises I can't do so I thought about going to a gym once a week say!

when i had mine at the uni gym the bloke was a grade A bell end. told me he could sort me a programme out if i wanted, specifically made a bee line for me as i was about 6st heavier than the others in the induction group. he was also instructing poor form and giving a 30 second guide on how to do deadlifts to people that had never done them, no explanation of what muscles were worked etc. complete tool.

just had it, not too bad, the bloke showed me how to adjust a couple of the machines and asked if I had used them before and if I had I didn't need to be shown, he did ask me if I had ever been to a gym before which was a bit deflating and so did the receptionist the gym wasn't too bad, squat rack, few benches, dumbells up to 40kg, fair few bars with plenty of plates, fair few machines and a fair bit of cardio stuff, not bad at all

I may not be quite as beefy as I once was but arms still well over 20 inches and generally still quite chunky. he gave me the limpest handshake ever as well, like someone just placing a wet fish in my hand
