guys and girls please help

my sister has just started training she is on a good new diet reccomended my people on here but is looking for a good starters routine, she is not looking to bulk up just tone up she is looking for a 3 day split encorperating all body parts, please help me out so i can give her a good routine to start her training,

Is her diet geared towards weight loss, "toning up" or both? I am asking because this would affect any suggestions I might give for training. sel
