half life of test e and anavar ?! what day to inject?

alright chaps,
today im starting my cycle of test e 250mg per week and anavar 80mg ed, ive been reading on when is best to inject.....my friend said to do 1 ml of test 250 every monday and friday ? but thats 500mg pw ? and surely that would ruin the effects of the var due to water retention.

That's right. If your chosen dose is 250mg pw, you cannot do what he is suggesting.

Not sure what you're getting at.
Var will exert it's effect whether you are holding water or not.

so shall i inject every monday as i have done my first one this evening? ive read that injecting 2 ml pw of test will make u retain more water in your muscles therefore ruining the vascularity 'look' that anavar gives u

Using 2ml per week is double the dose that you are using/planning to use. So you would expect
 
a) Greater result (gains)
b) Greater potential for (all) side effects
 
Whether 500mg would trigger significant water retention is largely user dependant. It might do, it might not. Chances are, not a great deal tbh.
 
The vascularity look of var is best observed at v.low bodyfat.  But as an aside, upon ceasing var, any vascularity observed directly stemming from var use would be lost anyway so really it's a non-issue.

ahh ok mate cheers for clarifying that. im only using the test at a low dose for libido purposes as var shuts you down after a while.

A nice clean diet mate and plenty of water has completely solved my bloat problem, I think you'll be delighted with the results if you went with 500mg instead of 250. Only my 2p though

ive been talking to some friends who have competed before and they said if im going to run 500mg of test pw for 10 wks along with the 80mg of ed. I will need to run HCG in PCT to get my balls back? i was just planning on running the standard nolva PCT. So im just a bit confused on what to do now :( ive read numerous threads that say HCG is not needed in a cycle the same as what im doing.
 
Also do u think that injecting every 1 ml every monday and friday will keep my test levels at a peak ?
