hamstring question 25 January 2012 20:31 (permalink)
just a question to see if anyone else has the same thing. when i squat or leg press even without weight, the hard ligament bit that runs down behind your knee on either side, the one on the outside of my left leg when i reach the bottom of my squat it jumps... thats the best way to describe it. it doesnt hurt it just feels very very strange! does anyone else have this ?

I dont have this but if it doesnt hurt then I shouldnt worry too much about it. Often ligaments can 'pop' over bony landmarks and give that sensation
