Been on my cycle for 8 weeks now, I have previously used aas so im not new to it before that person asks….used tren for the first time on this current cycle, strength was through the roof, comfortably pushing 140kg on bench however i have such a pain in my left shoulder every time i train my chest :( currently on very light weight to help it heal but still get enough out for a decent chest sessions, only happened of recent weeks. Has this happened to anybody else my first thought was that it could be the gear pushing me past my natural limits forcing greater tissue tears however it only happens during chest exercises…the downside to this is that i have begun winstrol tablets as im now 5 weeks out...don’t get me wrong pains aren’t unbearable and only happen when training chest but just wondered if this is the case for anybody else? I have begun increasing my glucosamine and oils to try and help heal it quicker and my chest sessions have been shortened focusing on the 3 main areas…any suggestions?

Hi mate, I am having a similar problem, but not with chest. I am getting pains in my forearms/tendons and my right bicep, and I just put it down to the sudden increase in strength which can damage the the tendons. You might only feel it on the bench, because you may have suffered the injury while you were benching? Personally I just take 2 ibrupofens before I train which helps alot, and ibuleve gel is also good. Once the cycle and PCT are finished, and if you are still experiencing pain there, you may need to have a week off to help it. Out of curiousity, what were you benching before the tren? As I would like use this at some stage.

well i used to be able to get 140kg then my strength decreased after last years cut only allowing me to get back up to a comfortable 120kg this season. So in total tren plus the test and obv a good clean diet helped me add that extra 20kg.

Very good mate.. would like to try tren at some point, just unsure how I will react to the sides? Regarding your O/P, try the ibrupofen before training and see how it goes.. I find it helps a lot althoug it is only just masking the problem, but atleast you will be able to train through it.
