help with cutting supplements

this is my first post so hi im going on a cutting phase in 4-6weeks i need some help with the supplements for them. so far i have nutrex lipo 6 black ultra (i will not change this used it in febuary and its amazing) l glutamine bcaa powder omega oil hmb whey powder ( such as myofusion, maxiraw protien complex) anything i have left out or anything not needed please say

Firstly, ensure your diet and training is spot on. Then I would list these supps my favoured for cutting, BCAA pre, during and post workout. Fish oil with every meal, glutamine throughout the day and post training, whey post training too. They are what I would use no matter what my phase, be it cutting or lean bulking. In terms of cutting supps, many will be stims or appetite suppresents, which can help if that's something you struggle with or need. I have seen some interesting articles recently about high does of omega 3 fish oil and L-Carnitine to help shed the lbs off. The bottom line though is training and diet, can't stress this enough.
I love the smell of steak in the morning...

hi mate yeh i was finking ov getting to cutting stage now iv bin training 4 just under a year my diet is spot on but iv hit a wall where im not growing anymore never used any roids or tabs pure natural so i was finking i might just cut iv herd ov this lipo 6 is it the bollocks and will it make me look bigger im 6,4 and weight just under 14 stone nice 1

^ I try and keep at simple as possible; ON 100% Whey, Fish Oil Capsules and Muscle Pharm Assault which is a pre-supplement drink. For everything else there's a supplement for I try and replace with whole foods, i.e. instead of dextrose or maltodextrin I have raisins, instead of casein whey I have cottage cheese, and slowly but surely I'm trying to reduce the number of fish oil capsules I have a day by eating fish. I used to consume 4-5 now i'll have 2-3 and eat mackerel/salmon/almonds/natural peanut butter instead. Cutting to me is a massive learning curve that will only benefit you. For example I've never tried or tested BCAA's before, but I've just gone and bought myself some just to see if it benefits me or not.
