got some superpump250 yesterday (thanks thaifighter

used it for the first time this morning, was a great workout, however, i didn't feel much of a pump until i was on my way home from the gym. it was then that i got a tingling sensation in my lips and could 'feel' things happening.
obviously i'd like to speed up the effects somewhat next time so was wondering if there is anything i can add to it. maybe a scoop of dextrose?
my problem is that i train first thing in the morning so i'll be taking my superpump around 6.30am and training at 7am so i have a limited time to get the product in my system. i suppose i could have it ready at my bedside for as soon as i wake but that would only give me an extra 15mins or so.
i should also mention that i am cutting so i'm not fueling my workouts with food etc, i'm only doing moderate weight sessions then plenty of cardio.
also, does anybody know how much caffeine in a serving? could i add in some sugar free red bull also? or is there already enough stims in the sp250?
