I was wondering if someone could give me the basics on sterioids as ive never really done much reaserch into them, what kinds are there, when should you use them etc? Side effects, where do you get them? How much? Thanks.

Hi mate, read as much as you can about diet,training and then steroids as the first 2 will give you what you want and the last is really the icing on the cake. JMO.

Could anyone just tell me the best one for arms and chest, is there one for abs? And how too use it cycle wise and where to get it etc?

Go on Google and type in the question you have.
I always type in my question into google. 9 times out of 10 theres an answer on your 1st result.

Yesterday i wanted to know why my car was drinking petrol, and what the symptomes were, so typed in google "why is my car driking excessive fuel?" Got answers and resolutions straight away.

I did the same when i was researching roids. Type in what you want, dianabol in google will give you heaps of helpful answers, good points and bad, you need to read all this, or have some one reading it to you if you dont understand, before you take the plunge on steroids, you REALLLLLLY neeed to know what you are doing otherwise you will do more bad than good.
Sorry to tell you how to suck eggs, but its the best way to get my point across.
