how can i tell if im getting an abcess or just pain after injecting

injected test and tren yesterday, injection was sore, but never thought any more of it, late evening injection site was hurting.
today injection site hurts like hell.  feels like i have alump under the skin and hurts to touch.
on the surface there is no visable sign of swelling and the skin hasnt gone red.
 
am i just getting paranoid about abcesses or is this just a pain full injection?
 
any thing i can to do get rid of the pain?

Abcesses don't develop overnight. They take a few days at least.

The signs are:

Worsening condition over time
Redness
Swelling
Heat
Pain
Feeling unwell

try a hot water bottle on it, oils might not have dispersed correctly.  shouldn't worry til the 4-5th day

ive got the heat and the pain.  today i did feel a bit unwell, but think that was due to going out on saturday for my mates stagger.
 
does this happen often to people?
 
and should i not worry till day 4 or 5 and then if it isnt any better do some thing about it?

Too early imo. Monitor closely would be my advice. Be aware of other signs appearing.

Some shots do become more painful the day after. Was this your first shot of that gear?

If you have been on the cycle with that same gear for a while and had not seen any such symptoms, I would obviously be more concerned

it was my first shot of it never tried this make before, black widow, test and tren.  never had pain like this from a shot ever.  hope on thursday i dont get this pain again.

Probably just the gear then.

Pain should gradually diminish over the next few days. For high concentration gear painful shots, day 0 being shot day, days 1 & 2 will be the worst.

hi partyboy ive just went t do a 1ml shot of sust 250, on aspirating i drew in blood so disposed but the blood wasnt a true deep red, more like a peachy orange colour, is this just the clour it looks when in the solution?
also can u recommend if its better to jab quads rather than glutes? what is best size needle to use on glutes if a bit fat on arse, ive been using 1"1/4
